I've been on 2*15 mg Buspar for about 4 years. With Serzone, Effexor, Prozac, Trazodone, and now Remeron.
After very bad experience with Effexor, I dropped AD, and went on Buspar alone for some time.

Although I feel that Buspar is doing nothing, and now after years I am fearing that I may be coming to a poop out (How can I have poop out on something that is doing nothing!?!) there is one very, very good indication that Buspar is working for me. When I am not taking Buspar, I compulsively bite my fingernails, until there is nothing left to bite. I stopped doing that within weeks from starting Buspar.
