If I'm correct you said that you are at three weeks. For myself, the side-effects started lessening at this point and the medication started to kick in and do its job. Each time the dosage was raised the side came back a little. Have you noticed any improvement?
If you drink or eat anything with caffeine try cutting back slowly. Keep a regular schedule. I have to make sure that I eat my apples and drink lots of water. Get out for a walk or some time of activity.
