Karen & Cole,

Thanks for your input. I started on remeron because of my anxiety induced insomnia but my pdoc was wanting me to up the dose to 30mg for my under-lying depression anyway. I will try the 30 tonight and see what happens. I do have some ambien so if I really can't sleep I will try that.
