Wouldn't it be great if we could meet. I'd love that.

Good input Shar, about the Tai Chi. I know the arms floating upwards after standing in the door thing that you mean. You said you know others?

I'm able to chill a bit more about learning the moves now. There's another beginners class starting on Monday nites & I will be going to those sometimes also. I think that way I'll get an added amount of 'learning' before going ahead with the other moves. I love Tai Chi. Right now, they're just teaching us the actual moves. I am looking forward to learning the other aspects also.

How totally cool that you can float underwater. how do you do that? do you exhale, then sink, then float? I think I would love scuba-ing. I love snorkelling. Last June, at my "Kathryn's week away", camping at Killbear, I went snorkelling near the huge high rockwalls along the one shore. There was a school of fish that I floated near & it was so amazing to see them looking curiously at me to wonder what type of fish I was!!!!!! As if fish wonder, right? but it felt like that. Where the heck do you dive in Texas?? lol

It's been sooooooo cold the last few days - way below freezing. At LEAST there's been sun shining. On the days when it's not sunny, I feel gloomy & dismal & sort of trapped. When the sun shines it feels so different.

Take care, Shar. love, Kath
