Just a bit 'cuz I'm tired.

Been off Celexa for about 3 months. Tapered VERY gradually, breaking the pill in 2, then half in 2, tapering down until I was biting the 1/4 in half!!!!!!! Didn't want to take chances on withdrawal!! I've been taking 1 Rhodiola pill daily & I seem to be doing ok. (It's a herb)

How I'm doing often depends on what's up with Jay (now 21)....and Lily (29). There's been so much happen over the years. I guess bottom line, Jay's finally moved out with his girlfriend (they BOTH lived here for 2 6-month periods) What kind of crazies are Craig (hubby) & I, you ask???? - Idiot softies! That's what kind. ANYway - he's out - they have a cute little house they're renting, & my ex, plus girlfriend's parents both gave them some startup money at the end of November. So what do they do? they take the opportunity to not get jobs!!!! Jeez. So at this point, it's the end of the month, I know they both don't have jobs & I am TRYing not to worry. I have advanced in that I'm NOT asking any questions - not even "How are ya?" so that's quite good for me!!! But it's a daily challenge not to worry. Of course, I'm afraid that they'll end up getting kicked out & having nowhere to put all their belongings etc. & THEN I'll be in a position of having to say NO as to having them come back here or put their stuff here. Craig & I do NOT want them or their stuff back.

Lily has been living here since the end of the summer. Just when we thought we'd soon be rid of Jay, Lily had to come back because she's got a condition called Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. She can't work; is finally on Disability. There are only the bathroom, her room & the kitchen that she can be in, in our home, without having headaches, nausea, muscle pain, brain'fog', etc etc. A lot of furniture has particle-board, which has formaldehyde, which makes her really sick. We now use all NON-scented soaps, shampoos, creams, laundry & dish soap, etc. & when I come home from being out & about, I have to hang my clothes downstairs, since the perfumes, scents, smells of fabric softeners & Bounce sheets, colognes, smoke, etc on my clothes will make Lily sick. It's awful.

Miracle of miracles, she has recently been on an internet datingt site & has met a wonderful guy - they are both interested in developing as individuals emotionally & spiritually; they both meditate, etc. They really click & he's switched to all natural products etc, although his clothes still smell of his old laundry soap even after numerous laundries, etc. ANYway, he's in London, Ontario about 2 1/2 hour drive away. He came & stayed for the weekend these past 2 weekends. I am so glad for Lily 'cuz who would have thot anybody would go to all that trouble for a new person in their life? She can't go to restaurants, etc due to people's perfume or incense, etc.

Anyway my wellbeing always seems to revolve around my kids. It's a constant challenge. However I Have started going to Tai Chi!!! I hate going out the evenings, but go Thursday nite to it. So far it's hard to learn the moves, but I love it.

Craig & I are very happy in our marriage, so that part is good. He's been pretty patient about my kids! Particularly Jay.

I haven't been doing pottery lately, but it is a love I have & I go into the Guild Sale in Spring & Fall.

That's all for now. You DID say to write a few lines to let you know how I'm doing. Are you silly???? Once you get me going I blab on & on & on or didn't you remember? LOL

Thanks for asking Shar.

hugs, Kath
