Does anybody know the status of Cam W.'s litigation regarding the death of his daughter several years ago? I read a post of his above that he was going to be in Florida in October to have his deposition taken. I remember his posts soon after his daughter was killed. I felt almost ashamed to live here. I did recommend that he talk to a lawyer about his potential remedies, but I did warn him that litigation in Florida (as in most states) moves at a snail's pace. I hope it's going well for him, but it can't be fun for him to relive everything that happened. If you prefer to email me, let me know.
