My husband has bp and only 5yrs into dx. All the years before we tried and cried and swept a lot under the carpet ignoring what we could and dealing with what we tho`t we could. There IS NO EASY way especially if you love them and don`t have any clue about their inner pain. Looking back the symptoms were always there we just didn`t know how to pukt it all together.Strong family who are supportive and pray daily; and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, believing He has a plan for one`s life...are the only answers I can recommend to anyone. Everything is solvable when you give your life to Jesus Christ and the day to day living out of life to His control. I can really only speak for myself to say that this is how I cope with Karl`s disease and how it daily affects our lives... everything!!
> My wife has bipolar disorder. As you can imagine, it has caused quite a strain on our household and I was wondering if you could suggest a site on the net where one might interact with others as an alternative to therapy. I don't mean to completely eliminate therapy but as my finances do not permit me to afford as much therapy as I,perhaps, should be providing for my wife and child as well as self, I am interested in talking with others with similar circumstances.
