bob hsuing has had every opportunity to respond to my request to be removed from his membership rolls and explain why he can't fulfill his obligations, if he lacks the intellectual acumen to manage the software he uses to facilitate this clinical practice he calls "Psycho-Babble." He has responded to several messages and I have personally advised deputies in the strongest possible terms that they face legal action if they conspire with him to further violate my rights.
To not have the right equipment, except in emergency situations, is never a defense against medical malpractice. Mr. Hsuing perhaps refused to install equipment that would allow clients to remove their name from his client list. That does not abrogate his responsibility to disengage when a client demands that he disengage as a service provider. Actions he takes against me in the future, after I've warned him that I will escalate my campaign for my basic right to privacy, are legally actionable offenses that might result in a large damage award, against both the doctor and against those who he recruited as deputies. Does he intend to pay their legal bills?
Mr. Hsuing is flouting a loophole in the law that opened up when the Nazi-era supreme court recently ruled in a carefully selected case that a teenager could not be held liable for the results of her online bullying. By choosing this case to push through the court to set precedent, merchants - especially merchants promoting dubious medical practices involving distribution of fertilizer and explosives ingredients as medicine -- won the sympathy of the public for a notion that a poor teen could not be held responsible for online bullying, while opening a loophole that would allow lawyers for improperly licensed doctors such as Robert Hsuing to continue to bully clients while he earns revenue from the pharmaceutical industry for his online advertising, clinical prescription kickbacks and promotion of their products in professional circles.
Now Mr Hsuing and his lackeys will deign to "block" me -- but I assure them I will return after the maximum period and continue to escalate my campaign for our basic rights, in perpetuity, until he agrees to fulfill his obligations under the law.
I also have several other strategies for prosecution, one of which involves can-SPAM prosecution for e-mails he sends me with no "unsubscribe" button, as required by law, and which I will have no way of cancelling because he will have blocked me.
Basically, Deneb, the authority figure who has romanced you over the past few years is a punk, a bully and a criminal. He can step up and conduct himself like any other responsible adult who manages a Web site and allow members to remove their contact information from his rolls, or we can meet him on his level, where rhetorical violence of action is his preferred recourse.

that is a different matter. I asked to have my membership canceled so that I would not have means to continue posting, and to rebut any claim that my ongoing membership reflects support for that punks bullying. Instead, he forced me to use the only exit strategy his system allows - - to be as forceful and rhetorically violent toward him as he is toward the vulnerable people he recruits as proof that his academic theories deserve publication.

Or...
You could just stop posting, even re-set your password to something random, complicated, and hard to remember, then don't record that password anywhere. Eventually the boards will archive, and your name will not show up on the main page for each board. Out of sight, out of mind for many if not most, I'm sure. You are choosing your behavior. No one is forcing you.

I clearly explained my reasoning for requesting the same thing any other membership service allows. EVven the murderous Catholic Church has procedures to let unwilling and unwelcome members off of their rolls. That's why their membership rolls are declining, and that's also why that bully punk bobby hsuing won't unsubscribe people and won't comply with the can-SPAM act, which will be his ultimate undoing. He's so full of his f*ck*ng self he can't stand to admit nobody but a few he's still controlling wants anything to do with him.

I'm not sure why you would mention medical malpractice here. I am confused. Dr. Bob is just the administrator here. Though in real life he is a doctor, he is definitely not acting as a pdoc here.
Also Dr. Bob has never "romanced me". I want to make that very clear. He has never given me any special attention. I think he is actually very careful not to. I don't mind. I just want to be like any other Babbler.
You know you can turn off Babblemails right? I never get any wanted emails from PBabble so I'm not sure what you mean by spam.Anyways, I hope you figure things out regarding PBabble. Best of luck to you.

No, after he and his goons block me, no I won't be able to turn off "Babbble mail" which Is on now to facilitate my request that I be removed from membership rolls. If I continue to receive mails after I've been evicted but not allowed to remove my name from his rolls,. I will pursue can-SPAM prosecution.

I would no more cooperate with that to write a book than I would...
I would more likely write a book about how it victimizes people. I made it clear I wanted my membership terminated, I issued warnings and now I'm fighting off the predatory behavior I knew would be a part of response the so-called doctor has trained his select charges to execute.

Continued effort to have membership removed only serves to demonstrate the so-called doctor's refusal to help someone who is obviously distressed by his conduct. Instead of disengaging as requested, he allows his regular bullies to swarm and harass, while the bullies who still hold his special power stand aside and ignore your conduct.

Oh OK, I didn't know that about Babblemail. That seems odd.
Anyways, you can communicate with Dr. Bob without babblemail you know. His email is on the bottom of the page. So you can turn off babblemail and just email him directly if you have any concerns. I think he is busy though, so I would be patient about waiting for his reply. He must get a lot of emails too, so don't feel bad if he doesn't reply. Usually Dr. Bob is not very good at replying.

Our engagement should terminate if you stop posting, notifying the administrators, etc. Maybe it would facilitate disengagement if others stopped posting to you, too?
I'm sorry if you're receiving e-mails you can't stop. Notifications of follow-ups and babblemails each come with instructions on how to do that. If those procedures aren't working for some reason, or if you're getting something else without analogous instructions, please let me know, and I'll take care of it.
People who are blocked should still be able to cancel notifications of follow-ups and turn off their babblemail. If that doesn't work for you for some reason, please let me know by e-mail, and I'll take care of it.
It's already been explained to you how you can "block yourself" from posting.
I wouldn't dream of claiming that your registration reflected support for my "bullying".
If you feel harassed here, please follow the procedure at:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#harassed
Finally, I'd appreciate it if you didn't post anything that could lead others (including me) to feel accused or put down.
But please don't take that personally, it doesn't mean I don't like you or think you're a bad person, and I'm sorry if this hurts you. I don't want anything bad to happen to you. One's "feelings" about harassment have nothing to do with it, and interaction with other guests of the board, or with the so-called deputies has nothing to do with it.

I don't in fact consider that an I-statement, see:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#civil
so I'm going to consider you blocked from posting for 1 week.
> I am captured as a permanent member of your site, where my user name and my statistic as a user contributes to support for claims to be published in research literature that the number of members reflects some meaningful support.
I can see a parallel with rape: feeling you're being used against your will in some way. I have no plans to try to publish claims like that, but I have in the past, so you may be skeptical of what I say my plans are now.
I'm going to make an exception and remove this name. Trying to think this through:
You'll of course no longer be able to use this name to post, etc.
This name will be removed, not just blocked, so someone else could register with it. Which could be confusing, but we can cross that bridge if we come to it.
I'm still considering you blocked for 1 week, so if you change your mind, please wait at least 1 week to re-register and no matter what name you choose then, follow the steps at:
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#names
If you re-engage with this site or me in that or some other way, I may re-engage with you.

This is really great of you, Doctor. Please add my name to the list of those who want to unregister, unsubscribe, disengage. By that I do not mean I expect you to remove any of my posts. I just want my name and number (1) to be removed from membership in this community.
Thanks for understanding, at last, how this simple request can have great meaning to an individual member. I don't support, belong, live in this "community", and have not for years. I think it would have been of great benefit to both me and the community (ask 'em---but it would not be civil of them to answer honestly, of course) if I were no longer counted as a "member", and if when I first asked many years ago you had granted this simple request to unsubscribe..
Thank you, and I'm sure the community thanks you.
To reiterate---- I am only asking for my name to be removed from the rolls, and that one less person be counted in your numbers.

It doesn't matter if you or various other posters don't "get it". It's not a "Just Say No" thing. It's a simple, straightforward , respectful request, and if others find it puzzling or offensive or counterintuitive, so be it. I'm not asking you to understand it. I'm just asking that you respect me and my request. I don't feel I am required to justify myself to you or other posters, I don't feel I'm required to defend my request, and I certainly don't feel I am required to suffer the judgments of others here who seem to feel
my request is incomprehensible and possibly an indictment of some sort.
