I just tried to babblemail someone and got a message of their being blocked, but I can't find any evidence that they have been blocked in my searches. But maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
Maybe it was me that got blocked, I'm not sure. I didn't get an email to that effect.
Is there a "block list" somewhere? So I don't waste my time writing a long message to people who won't receive them.I'm not real computer literate so excuse me if I'm missing something.....

There may not be evidence if they shouldn't have been posting in the first place...

If you were blocked, you wouldn't be able to post. :-)

That's what the "check babblemail settings" button on the babblemail form is for...

No, there isn't. I think if I were blocked, I wouldn't want my name on a list, as if I were being held in town square. Maybe that's why he doesn't have one.

I don't know about that. Maybe it's just me, but I would hazzard a guess that most people blocked are pissed and not ashamed about their blocks. I would prefer if I were blocked to be on a list where others could find out why I wasn't around and to see for themselves why it was deemed necessary to protect these people from my speech.
