Is there a list of blockee's? Am I one?

I just tried to babblemail someone and got a message of their being blocked, but I can't find any evidence that they have been blocked in my searches. But maybe I'm not looking in the right place.
Maybe it was me that got blocked, I'm not sure. I didn't get an email to that effect.

Is there a "block list" somewhere? So I don't waste my time writing a long message to people who won't receive them.
I'm not real computer literate so excuse me if I'm missing something.....
