Dr. Hsiung,
I am requesting that you make a determination as to the acceptability or not of the following in relation to the guidlines of the forum.
The poster writes that there are posts [...that serve {no other purpose} than to provoke others...].
I do not see any posts of that IMO are of that nature and the poster did not cite a particular post to bring to the attention of you or the members here so as to give an example of.
I am requesting that you comment on the phrase, {no other purpose} as to if the phrase is acceptable in relation to its context as to being accceptable or not in relation to the guidlines of the forum in a mental- health setting.
Another aspect of the post that I am requesting that you make a determination about is that in the post is written, [...the same accuser...]. I am requesting that you comment on if that phrase is acceptable or not, here, in relation to its context, for the poster does not write the name of who that poster is.

Dr. Hsiung,
Another aspect of the post on question is that the poster writes, [...I looked back through the archives and noticed that {the [same] (accuser)}...].
It is my opinion that the gramatical structure of that statement has the potential for others to think that to be referring to someone here and that the posts that the poster referrs to as,[...that serve no other purpose than to provoke others...] could be also on the board now. I think that there is this possibility because of the gramatical structure , [...{same} accuser...] as to have the potential for others to think that there is this unnamed poster here that is the poster of posts in the archives and posts visible on the board now that, as the poster writes, [...serve no other purpose than to provoke others...]..
I am requesting that you make a determination as to if the poster is, or is not, accusing someone here now of being an accuser, and, if your determination is that the poster is accusing someone here now of being an accuser, if it is acceptable to do so, in relation to the guidlines of the forum, because the poster does not write the name of the poster who is [...the same accuser...].
