It's an anomaly to be sure. I've gone 24hrs plus without ativan or whatever. I suppose the Valium is still leeching out of my system.
I had my little pill box of Ativan by my bedside and there it is full at 7:00 am. I could dance a jig.
One day at a time. A lifetime of insomnia doesn't usually just stop. I'm just going to enjoy the rare gift of nine uninterrupted hours.

Nah. Last night I drifted of with 1mg of ativan and was awake by 1:00. Lay around in denial to about two wear I dashed the other three down
Awake like a bird at 7:00. At least it is not lunesta. After years and years (10+) of moderate xanax use (bot like the total four of ativan) (lower) I hope I can get back to xanax. Though ativan is not exactly a mood wrecker like Valium or klonopin (for me).
Those would be my own benzo script:
5mg Valium in the hours before bed (profound muscle relaxant)Then Ativan for sleep with maybe a. 5 mg xanax.
Xanax as needed for panic (which has been more rare on emsam. I ride through more now; that's good for me.
Sounds good, however benzos decimate sleep architecture.
fb
At any of trouble Tonight, I'll try skipping past 1mg and go right to three. I think I have to hit harder with ativan. Still it would be a total 3mg instead of four.
Oh boy.

Eek! I agree with you, Xanax is queen! Or put another way, Xanax is Cinderella - the best of the bunch, but teased mercilessly by those around her. Klonopin is one of the ugly, mean stepsisters. Ativan is her airhead sister.
Although, Klonopin seems not to be bothering me as much since my Nardil started to work, although I would certainly prefer Xanax XR. No longer as urgent.
fb - seriously - have you thought about mentioning agomelatine/Valdoxan to your provider? it's certainly possible to import it from Europe or elsewhere with a valid prescription... and I think legal (or at least, with a valid Rx, the FDA/DEA turn their heads the other way.) Has the *potential* to help with sleep and depression.
Would be a bit expensive though.
Seems like it's coming to the US in 2012 anyway. Just a shot in the dark...

Z, I forget what that's for.
I did bring it up (again, the why is missing) to an absolute no.
However, If it's scheduleed to hit the states next year...what's another year?
How'd your night go?

This makes sense. Xanax on its own is a bit up and down for me. If I take 2.5mg Valium/d (which is the least I can just notice) it is a bit smoother.

With minimal doses of Xanax when needed, I mean.

Thanks for going along with my fantasy world sigi.
What sounds sane here doesn't in my real/other life. *sigh*
