just wondering if abilify has been released in the UK yet... like, can i go to the local doctor's surgery and have him write me a script and it's covered by NHS (6 quid for a month's supply)??

Hey Cybercafe, as far as I am aware Abilify is not aproved in the UK, although I think it will be sooner or later.....

I was approved in July i think actually.
Though getting a GP to write a script for it will be near impossible if you ask me.

A quick search of the UK Medicines site says (I think) that it was licensed June 1.

If you do a search on aripiprazole, you'll come up with more info. The cost comparisons part of the pdf file I looked at compare it favourably with olanzapine and risperidol. If you can get the latter two, I suspect you could get the former.
