A quick search of the UK Medicines site says (I think) that it was licensed June 1.

If you do a search on aripiprazole, you'll come up with more info. The cost comparisons part of the pdf file I looked at compare it favourably with olanzapine and risperidol. If you can get the latter two, I suspect you could get the former.
