Your post comes through. Can you try really looking around at your surroundings? Notice the details of the color, texture, shape, etc. Touch something meaningful to you?
Take care,

This could be an episode of derealization (and possibly depersonalization). This happens to me when my anhedonia/depression and anxiety/stress reach maximums at the same time. You might want to try reducing the anxiety/stress component temporarily to see if it helps. This might involve medication and/or psychological coping tools. If it does help, you might be able to better manage these episodes once they appear in the future.
It is very uncomfortable and disturbing. I experienced constant depersonalization and derealization for quite a few years. It is more episodic now.
