hi everybody
the first time Nardil pooped out was at 45mg after 6 weeks. So my doctor told me to raise the dose to 60mg . Now after 5 weeks on 60mg last day and today I felt very bad , a lot of fear , the Nardil effect is gone again =( . In The first week on 60mg I had one incredible amazing day , the best day in my last 8 years of my unhappy and feared life , but I only had 2 days like this in all this 5 weeks on 60mg.
I dont know If Im right calling this a poop out of the medicine
All I know is I want this thing to go away.
I couldn´t talk to my doctor today , and Im willing so much to increase the dose to 75mg , but i dont want to do it before my doctor tell me to do that.
Im also very afraid of this "poop out" ,because is this happened at 45 , then at 60 ,what could tell me that this is not going to happen at 75 or 90 mg? =(

>Happened to me too, at 75mg however it has had good results for over a year, I try to bounce back and forth between 75 and 90, but with 90 I get really bad carb cravings and anorgasmia so I ussually keep it at 75 with a little less desired results............ but it is still the best drug ever :)

He is always so optimistic about Nardil
I like thatIm since today on 75 mg. I did not resist the anxiety in the school so I raised up.
Ace can you tell me where can i found information about Nardil ,real good information
do you have something??
another thing , I cant sleep very well , can you sleep well ? what do you suggest to overcome this side effect? and also the anorgasmia ? have you found a treatment ??thanks

Hi,
I've been on Nardil for about 6 months, and it continued to poop out even at the "full" 90mg that my pdoc recommended. The weight gain, carbo cravings and body aches started getting so annoying. So, I'm moving on. Next up - Parnate. Starting it in 6 days! Look into it, it might be a good move for you, too.

Ace,I suspect you may be right, but I think I'm still going to switch to Parnate. I haven't felt that supremely nice Nardil buzz since very early after it first started working (back at 60 mg). The weight gain and anorgasmia makes me want to shout a stream of obscenities that would get me suspended from this site.
