Yes I do agree do the work no discussions at this point. I'm sure there will be a review after a few weeks. Just do the best you can. As you said in your previous thread you really didn't have experience didn't you or did I misread with this type of job. I'd watch the others and learn from them. But that is just me. Love Phillipa
