> Hi- I'm completely med free, I am doing new therapy, including energy therapy. It's helping a lot. When you think how long you were on the Nardil, it makes sense that it would take awhile to get it out of your system. I found that if I nibbled on something small the nausea got better. I also felt better the sooner I got myself up and going...although some days I never got up. I hope you feel better soon, and just remember, it WILL get better!

Wow! That's great that you are med free and that the therapy is working for you!

I know what you mean re feeling better the sooner you can get up and going, but it's SO hard when you feel like crap and when I'm up, I don't feel like doing anything; but when I sleep, I can almost feel my muscles atrophy! I get so much more tired.

I've been completely off Nardil for 5.5 weeks now, and this is getting really old! I started feeling sick before i was completely off it. I just hope this is over soon!

Thanks so much for responding to my questions; I appreciate it!
