amilsulperide

I have been prescribed amilsulperide for the past two years.
However since titrating the dose down to practically a sub therapautic level ie 25-50mg per day. I become physically ill, ie headaches, nausea, severe malaise, stomach cramps, tiredness. I cannot seem to be free. Does this medication have physical withdrawal symptoms? Can anyone help me with advice or similar experiences.
