My pdoc reduced my cymbalta from 60mg to 40mg two days ago, and I can't get over the fatigue I'm having. By 2 pm, I need a nap! but I'm at work. Last night I went home from work and went straight to bed, which isn't going to work well w/my life. Fatigue is about the only symptom I'm having, except for maybe a headache.

Do you take anything else? I also take 100mg of Lyrica 2/day and maybe that's too potent for now.

I think you may be right, though. 60mg might be the right dose. My pdoc reduced mine because of the jitteriness I was feeling mid-day (crawling out of my skin sometimes), but I don't know about this...
good luck,
antigua
