I have cross tapered these two meds, in both directions. My doses were lower though. Zoloft was 25mg. Lexapro was 10mg.
If in doubt, you could start with 2.5mg lexapro. Just cut the pill in half. Once the lexapro is introduced, at even a tiny dose, you should be able to drop the zoloft down easier and faster.
