Actually, a lot of what you were experiencing may have been linked to the anxiety about whether you'd have withdrawal. The Klonopin is the only one of those that I would expect to cause problems, and most of what happened to you was likely related to it.
The reason I say all that is that Prozac's very, very long half-life in the body acts as a sort of self-taper. The amount circulating stays high enough, long enough, that there's very rarely any problem. In fact, single smallish doses of Prozac are often given as a way to minimize withdrawal from other drugs, like Effexor. (And I forgot to take my Effexor along on a trip once -- and nearly had to go to the hospital. It's BRUTAL.) The Prozac would have minimized withdrawal from the other drugs, even though they're unrelated classes. Except the Klonopin, and how bad that would be is pretty dose dependant.
I'm glad you got the meds again in Rome. I hope your trip was good overall.
