Hi ~
Just wanted to let you know that it took me 4 weeks to go through all the withdrawal sysmptoms after quitting cold turkey (was on 60 mg for 6 months). The 1st 2 weeks were the worst and then I started getting better day by day. Now I have a lot more energy and feel more like myself. I, too, got brain zaps and they were very scary but are completely gone now :-) The only thing that helped me is getting lots of sleep, dramamine, and liquid "nasuea relief" I got at the drug store. Hang in there; it will get better. Now I am trying to take off the 10 lbs I gained!~Robin
