AdderallXR/Focalin IR Why Am I Feeling This?

Okay with two different ADD stimulants in my body,I thought I would get the morning boost and focus I needed to start my day and concentrate much better. Not so lucky it seems. I'm taking Focalin 5mgIR/AdderallXR20 in am and 10FocalinIR/Adderall20XR in the evening. I'm getting nothing but tired. What is going on? Can anyone add some insight? Thanks
