cymbalta withdrawal - how long?

I am withdrawing from Cymbalta (I like to call it detox). My last dose was on July 3 and was 20 mg.
I have been experiencing headaches, light headedness, hot / cold flashes, nausea, upset stomach, and my everything hurts. This past weekend was the worst, but I think I am feeling better today.
I just started taking 25mg of Zoloft today.
Any ideas as to how long these effects might last?
