Question about K withdrawal

I've been on 1.5 mg for about a year or so. Have been going through some tough stuff recently and raised it to 2.5mg for about a month. I'm going back down now and I do have a headache, but not sure if this 1mg reduction will cause big problems.
Anyone know?
