Any success from taking out pebbles of effexor?

I am on 75 MG of effexor, I really want to get myself off this med. Have any of you had success with taking out pebbles? I started takeing some out 12 days ago. I only have 13 out and still have a long way to go. I've been iritable and crying uncontrollably this evening. Let me know of any successes...also, does anyone recommend natural supplements?
