Zyprexa Withdrawal - Methods?

"Headaches. Fogginess. Disconnectedness. Depression. Anxiety. Fear. Insomnia. No appetite. Flu like"

I suggest we devide the symptoms to two groups:
1. Symptoms that resemble SSRIs / venlafaxine withdrawal
2. Symtoms that may be related to loss of antipsychotic effect from D2 antagonism

I don't believe 2 is a matter here, I didn't hear much about withdrawal symptoms from, say, chlorpromazine.

So on one side using some SSRI might do. What about Remeron? probably easier to quit, eventually.

Then we have "similar" SDAs with portent 5-HT2 antagonism. My personal experience is that risperidone is the most similar but don't even try to generalize from that (-:

All of this is still risky. If Zyprexa was given for bipolar disorder adding Remeron might result in mixed bipolar II. If risperdal adds to the (lower dose of) Zyprexa there we might get NMS. Not something nice to have.

Any ideas?
