Thanks so much for the quick reply Q. I took the lorazapam this morning at 10am, at 3:15 I was having a panic attack, the first in a long time. I took another lorazapam and was ok for about 5 hours, by then was getting really anxious. I am taking 1 mg lorazapam to substitute for .50 of klonipin. Did you have anything like this happen or am I doing something wrong? For the first few hours I felt alot more like myself on the lorazapam. Not sure what to do for the rest of the week-end till I can talk to my doctor now that I've already started back on the lorazapam. Sorry to be so long winded.>
> I've switched back and forth between Klonopin and lorazepam and other benzos many times myself and yes, this is OK to do. You will probably feel more alert after switching back to lorazepam. Nothing to worry about.
