BENZO WITHDRAWAL METHOD

I came across this! i dont even take benzos regualry, and when i do its 5mg of valium to help with my balance issues (does nothing for anxiety at that dose).
Thought it would help any of u! i think with all this good advice i wouldnt be scared of taking them now if i needed! but i live in the UK and getting them off the docs is impossible!!
