I agree about the 150. I had the exact same reaction when I went off 450 cold turkey. (Since then, and for the last few years, I have been on 150 and sometimes 300.) My depression returned as suddenly as jumping into cold water, but zero withdrawl side effects. I expect it will go smoothly. Be extra kind to yourself that first week not only because it's good to be kind to yourself, but because you might be more sad then you have been for awhile. Good luck and keep us posted.
