Hang in there... it only seems this way at first..yes its hard to believe this when you feel like crap.. well I got withdrawls too... all the stuff but acupuncture totally helped with that..
drink lots of water and get good rest.. just keep going is all I can say and it will pass... takes a long time... you have to decide for yourself if you want to be trapped on this drug or free. the wanting to be free of it has to be STRONgER than anything.. at least that was my mindset through this all.
Im Clean now 4months.. and I did it very slowly, and carefully and with no other MEDS to get me through... just gingerale for nausea, exercise, hot baths, herbal teas, acupunture(ALOT!) , and just alot of meditation, mind control, and just plain stubberness and anger at my doc... like i thought "I'll show you you ##@$$# doctor who rx. this crap.. and made me miserable...
oh well, just hang in... remember its the body creating a "crisis" to try to keep itself on the drug... dont fall into this .. just hang in... you will make it if you WILL it to be..
thats All i can suggest

keep posting.. we're all here to support each other

I know what you are talking about, and I have bad head pains, like shooting pains, i can barely open my eyes, how long does these withdrawls last, and how is this supposed to help with depression, its just making me worse.
