off zoloft

Posted by pinkyjean on September 20, 2006, at 23:42:27

I started taking zoloft approx. two years ago. I was in a rut. It was something I resisted for as long as possible. But, it definitely got me out of the rut and on my way back to my normal self.
Now I am ready to be done and FEEL again.
Plus I have gained 30 lbs.

As for the withdrawls...they are so hard to explain. Mostly nausea. I feel it when I'm hungry, eating, and digesting food. Drinking a moderate amount of alcohol is a bad experience as well. Headaches have become a daily occurance. These are not your normal headaches, they are different than any headache I've ever had. (if I had missed a pill in the past--by the end of the day I'd have one of these headaches) I feel tired and worn out, but not sleepy.

I have done this with my doctor's guidance and direction so I am positive that these symptoms will dissapate in the near future.
