Cold turkey is often not advisable in stopping ADs, unless you're at a very low dose.
It's also important to keep in touch with your Pdoc or other doc, to get meds to reduce withdrawal symptoms.
If you look at the bottom of the main page, here, you'll see "withdrawal." That's a part of Psychobabble dedicated to discussions of getting off Ads and other meds.
You'll want to check there, and also post your concerns there-- because some people have experienced going off many meds and have concrete suggestions.
