I went off cymbalta twice. First time from 60mg and I'd been on it a lot longer than you have. So I emptied a little out of the capsules each day. So the dose was smaller. Second time I have bad side effects at 30mg so I stopped it after l0 days. I was relieved to be off it. Love Phillipa
