How Fast Withdrawing from Luvox?

I'm going to start EMSAM so need to get off the luvox I've been on ayear. I went from l50 to 50 in a week. Last night to 25mg . Only side effect is some dizzyness. How long before I can get off completely. There is a two week lag time before I can start EMSAM. Thanks Love Phillipa
