Effexor withdrawal-- HELP!

I started taking a new medication on June 2nd. My doctor told me to stop taking my 150mg of Effexor and start the new meds immediately. Now, it's almost a week later and I'm still feeling the Effexor withdrawals. Anyone have any luck with alleviating them? The best way I can explain the feeling is imagine being hung over. I’ feeling nauseated, tired, dizzy, headache, etc. all at once.

I hope they go away soon. I'm leaving for vacation in 4 days.

Any input would be appreciated!
