Unfortunately, you are a pioneer of sorts. You probably won't get too many people reporting personal experiences at this point. I don't think withdrawal from Emsam will be much different than withdrawal from Parnate. You might experience fatigue, vivid dreaming, and perhaps some anxiety.

Although the half-life of Emsam is between 5-10 hours, it takes longer than that for the body to produce new MAO enzymes to replace those that have been disabled by the drug. You might experience withdrawal symptoms for a week or more. I doubt they will be intense, though.

Please post your experiences. I hope there isn't much to report.
