Dont worry about exercising or charging your body too much... you actually want to work up a Sweat cause this helps get rid of the drug more efficiently.. Also it will offset the depression if it creeps up during w/d..
I have been exercising regularly now so that this is a habit already in place after im completely off the remeron. That way if i do have trouble im not flittering around trying to develop an exercise routine at the last minute or when i feel crappy.
But its up to you... walking ist still something, you are still getting some benefits from this and it distracts the mind..musky
