Effexor withdrawl

Does caffeine affect the "electric brain" that everyone is talking about? Because, I am still taking my medication, which is 150mgs, and, for the last 3 days I have had this weird sensation in my head. My eyes will look to a direction and then my brain is a millasecond behind my eyes. I am worried I have a tumor in my brain or something.
