Hey!

I hate it when I can't even stand to be around myself and I am the new super hero .... Psycho Bitch.

Girl, I'm not leaving MY cymbalta.
But one time I was without meds for a week because of $ or lack there of.
I ended up creating some very clear boundaries. (which were needed)
And expressing some very strong emotions to folks that deserved it.
I also had a terrible crash and burn 2 day crying session. It sucked. But, I think, I needed it.

Is there anyway to possibly give in to the moment and go ahead and have a fit? I know the hard part is that the moment comes at the MOST inopportune times. Maybe you could kinda'(dare I say) plan for a good fit and then find someway to really nurture yourself. Just knowing you have some relief ideas coming might make you feel not soo vulnerable and help you keep from going off on the kids.

Is there anyone that you owe a good telling off?
Now is a great time to do it!
Of course you don't want to get fired ... but I bet you can think of someone.

Also, find a way to get by yourself and have that cry. You need it! You deserve it! You feel like sh*t right now.

Then spend a night eating your MOST FAVORITE comfort food, take a hot bath and make sure the phone is turned off.

I'll be thinking of you.
