I don't know what say that will help you, I can say that you are not alone. I'm sure you've read about others getting off this medicine and it's a nightmare. I quit the Effexor 150mg at once. Just ran out one weekend and thought no big deal. The next day I had friends and family at my house trying to calm me down, I freaked out! So I decided I wouldn't ever take it again and just got through it. It's a nightmare and tapering off has to be better, hang in there and keep talking about it, It did help me to know I wasn't alone.
