Just some more info:
I have been seeing an acupuncturist for helping me through this.. and I will go more often if need be when I am completely off
If anyone wants to try it I suggest go to the chinese ones.. they are the pros.Also a detox after stopping as well is supposed to help get it out faster
I would rather do all this than ever take another anxiety med again!

Sorry im posting so much lately,, but I am just sick of hearing so many people stuck on these a/d.
Its such a raquet..
