Do you have a diagnosis? Long history of anxiety or depression? Why remeron and seroquel?
I would wean off it as soon as possible. Just to let you know it most likely cause some insomnia and anxiety too. You need to talk with you doc, and try to find someone that knows the meds and just doesn't want to push more meds. If you are not depressed I don't see any reason to stay on remeron. I think there are better meds for sleep IMHO
