I think the ambien may give some rebound insomnia, and the xanax like all benzos can cause withdrawal symptoms. I've gone off Zoloft and zyprexa before, but remember nothing about it. I'm glad you are working with your pdoc. I hope you do a safe tapering off. Congrats on your child decision.
