Ambien cr is better, but neither is as good as regular ambien for me. I could be wrong (I couldn't decide) but ambien cr may have a taste too. But I've been taking fish oil at night, and it could be that. If I don't get a doctor soon I'll just lay there. I'm using up whatever I can find in the cabinets.

In the morning I felt tired, hung over, like I hadn't even slept. Is it still rebound insomnia or the Ambien Cr or a combination of both.
I feel better after a night of sleeping with the help of Lunesta, however the taste that NEVER goes away till you stop taking it and the way it makes my breath smell, is not tolerable long term.
Any other experiences or advice?
