Probably not. For one thing, that's not actually too steep a reduction, with Wellbutrin. Mostly, though, Wellbutrin doesn't tend to have the same problems as the serotinergic drugs do when it comes to discontinuation. I think abrupt cessation might be correlated with a slight increase in seizure risk -- I've heard that, don't know anything about whether that's actually true, really. Otherwise, though, the biggest problem I have heard of with Wellbutrin cessation is rebound depression, which shouldn't be the case for you, since you've decreased the dose, but not stopped it.

My guess would be an adjustment phase reaction to the Adderall, or something like that.
