It is not an easy drug to go off of. It stays in your system for a long time. I have run short a few times, and every time I have, I do well for the first 2 days, then on day 3, I start sweating and panic starts in. Paxil didn't do anything for me. In fact, I think it caused negative effects. It was easy for me to go off of that. But I was only on it for 9 months. (30 mg). But thats me. good luck and check with your doc.
