I had a fairly serious treatment-resistant depression going for about a year and had to go on Abilify for it. Abilify helped, and I have been out of the hole for just over a year now and thinking that I don't probably need to stay on it. Should any symptoms creep back in I plan to go right back, but for now I would like to stop.
