I tried to get off lexapro by taking my usual 10mg dose every other day. I did this 10 days and the dizziness would always come toward the end of the second day. It didn't improve as time went on! So I quit taking it. MISTAKE! I was so sick and so dizzy I couldn't function. I'm going back to 5 mg daily now. Thanks to all of these posts, I now know I'll keep cutting them up smaller and smaller for weeks at a time!
